| Whether you’ve seen the famous episode of Friends that propelled the whole thing, or if you’ve only heard about it secondhand, you’re likely familiar with the concept of “The List.” For those of you that might still be uninitiated, The List (I’ve also seen it addressed as “allowables”) is a list of five famous people that one would be allowed to sleep with--should the extremely unlikely opportunity arise--even if you’re in a committed relationship.
It should be noted at this time, that The List is not officially sanctioned in my burgeoning household. This does not, however, prevent me from making references to The List (“You know, Christina Applegate was on my List before I even knew there WAS a list.”) in general, and keeping one prepared in the eventuality that my lovely fiancée has a complete and total lapse of reason. So at the start of every year, I re-evaluate and revamp my own version of The List--just in case.
I am now pleased to present to my readership, this year’s results:
1) Scarlett Johansson (#4, 2005)
2) Alyson Hannigan (#1, 2003-2005)
3) Sarah Chalke (#5, 2005)
4) Reese Witherspoon (List Debut)
5) Kari Byron (List Debut)
